McAllen’s public transit system, Metro McAllen,is offering shuttle service to some of McAllen’s retail centers during tax free weekend Aug. 19-21. University of Texas at Brownsville & Texas Southmost College’s Department of Applied Business Technology is now a testing site for Microsoft Office Systems exams. OSHA app helps workers beat the heat

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration has released a free application for mobile devices that enables workers and supervisors to monitor the heat index at their work sites in order to prevent heat-related illnesses. Gold Seal of Approval given to VBMC-Harlingen
