Intro to BMC & Value Proposition (Business Planning Series)

The Business Model Canvas gives you the structure of a business plan by providing a coherent view of a business’ key drivers (i.e. customer segments, revenue streams, cost structures, etc.). It allows for the delivery of focus, flexibility and transparency in business planning.
Five session Business Planning Series takes place from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Sessions include:
Aug. 2 – Intro to BMC & Value Proposition
Aug. 7 – Customer Segments
Aug. 15 – Customer Relations & Channels
Sept. 19 – Cost Structure & Revenue Streams
Sept. 26 – Key Activities, Resources & Key Partners
In “Intro to BMC & Value Proposition,” participants learn about the value proposition and why customers turn to one company over another. The value proposition solves a customer problem or satisfies a customer need. Each value proposition consists of a selected bundle of products and/or services that caters to the requirements of a specific customer segment.
Registration is $60 for all five sessions or $15 for each session.
