Leading and Communication – Making it Work Generationally!
January 7 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Leading in today’s world means understanding your clients and your employees. Organizations and teams must constantly work to ensure everyone is heard and included to maximize productivity, potential and success. Diversity of communication and decision-making are integral to these attributes. Attendees will experience activities that impart successful strategies for leading and communicating across generations. The result will be positively actionable for both teams, organizations and clients.
Participants will learn to:
Understand the traits and characteristics of 5 generations
Understand different communication preferences and how they react to and deal with miscommunication
Engage in multiple activities that allows them to apply what they learn in their own team and/or organization
Have fun and start 2019 with a new perspective.
