On Oct. 11, the AACA RGV hosted its 32nd annual Old Car Fest at Wallbangers Burger Bar in McAllen. The show was free to view for the public and free to enter your car into the competition. AACA awarded cars in six different categories: Classic, Muscle Car, Truck, Low Rider, Specialty class and Import. The AACA RGV club was also collecting non-perishable food and monetary donations to benefit the local food bank.
More than 50 cars were on display, with owners nearby and ready to talk about the work on each one of them. Vehicles ranged from classic muscle cars and modern muscle cars to supped-up trucks and even a Model-T. Also present was a local fire truck for the kids to explore.
All the cars were unique and a work of art to see for the adults and kids on a sunny, cool day.
