Entities discuss trade and growth

The Brownsville Licensed Customs Brokers Association, U.S. Customs and Border Protection and local international stakeholders host the International Trade Symposium June 8 at the Brownsville Event Center.

The 9 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. symposium brings in entities from both the United States and Mexico. Focuses are a sharing of international stakeholders as well as a five-year plan in relation to trade and growth. Knowledge obtained is expected to help both participating entities and the community better manage and allocate current and future resources to better serve the needs of the area.

Cameron County Bridge System
Cameron County Regional Mobility Authority
City of Brownsville
U.S. Customs and Border Protection

Matamoros Broker’s Association
