The Small Business Administration has announced its free webinars for National Small Business Week April 30-May 6.

Kicking off the series on May 2 at 1-2 p.m. CT is “The U.S. Economic Outlook and Its Impact on Small Businesses,” presented by Visa. Topics include an analysis of which demographic segment(s) that will provide opportunities for future spending growth; how long the current economic expansion may last, when the next recession is likely to occur; and whether the slowdown in job growth will persist or if job growth will rebound. Registration is available online.

On May 3, YP presents “Five Fabulous Habits of Local Business Champions” from 1-2 p.m. CT. Learn how to go from being a local business owner to a local business champion by having a consistent online presence; a business profile full of rich content like videos, images and reviews; a well-designed, easy-to-navigate website; and a business phone that is answered. Registration is available online.

On May 4, business owners can learn how to kick writer’s block to the curb and know what to say to create an effective email marketing message. Constant Contact presents “How to Write Your Email Content in 15 Minutes or Less” from 2:30-3:30 p.m. CT.
