DESCRIPTION:Boots to Business Reboot on Nov. 15 in Pharr is a two-step training program that provides those interested in exploring business ownership or other self-employment opportunities by leading participants through the key steps for evaluating business concepts and providing foundational knowledge required to develop a business plan. \nParticipants are introduced to a broad spectrum of entrepreneurial business concepts and resources available to access start-up capital\, technical assistance\, contracting opportunities\, and more. \nStep one is the Introduction to Entrepreneurship course eligible to Veterans of all eras\, service members (including members of the National Guard and Reserve) and their spouses. This course is instructed by SBA and its partners\, who are skilled business advisors. \nStep two is one of the online follow-on courses instructed by a consortium of professors and skilled business advisors from the SBA Network.
