The Rio Grande Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will host Ramiro A. Cavazos, president and CEO of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, as its keynote speaker for the second annual “Manual for Success” men’s conference and expo on Nov. 5 at the Memorial Event Center in Edinburg.

Cavazos leads the nation’s largest business advocacy organization for Hispanic communities, bringing decades of experience in business development, leadership and community empowerment. His keynote address will focus on strategies for financial readiness, professional growth and resilience, offering practical insights for men striving to thrive in all areas of life.

“Growing up in the Rio Grande Valley taught me to be resilient, resourceful, and to never give up,” said Cavazos. “I am looking forward to speaking soon to entrepreneurs and business leaders from the RGV Hispanic Chamber to share my own lessons learned about connecting their God-given abilities with strategic preparation as a means to achieving greater success in their lives.”

The full-day conference will include workshops, panel discussions and interactive sessions covering leadership, wellness and career advancement.
