The City of Edinburg hosts the return of the Edinburg Night of Lights Parade Dec. 2 featuring individuals, schools, businesses and organizations in “A Storybook Christmas.”

The parade route runs along North Closner Boulevard beginning at the corner of Mark S. Pena Drive and North Closner Blvd. at Richard Flores Stadium. The parade ends on the corner of West McIntyre Street and North Closner Blvd. at the Museum of South Texas History.

Award trophies and prize money go to competitive floats for first, second and third places in Business/Civic, School and Marching Band divisions.
