From remarkable buildings to beloved neighborhoods, and city districts to community parks, we all have places we love to be. But how do those places get their start? This luncheon addresses the elements that create place-based brands — including naming, identity design, wayfinding, and websites — and how to bring people, places, and ideas together in the process.

Thompson’s lookthinkmake is an Austin-based agency focuses on creating brands and marketing campaigns for places, spaces, tourism, parks, nonprofits and community wellness initiatives.

Registration is required with payment due in full in advance or at the event. Fees are $25 for AAF-RGV members and corporate members, $30 for non-members, and $20 for students.
