The Brownsville Chief of Police Marathon, Half Marathon, and Relays on Dec. 15 is a landmark event designed to promote health, wellness and community spirit. This special occasion aims to attract runners from across the nation and Mexico, offering a unique opportunity to experience the picturesque landscapes of the city and spotlight the vibrant local businesses that make the community thrive.

The proceeds will directly benefit the Police Department’s charitable initiatives to enrich our youth’s lives and support individuals with special needs.  Programs like Christmas for Kids and partnerships with organizations like Big Heroes, Inc. and Down by the Border exemplify the department’s commitment to creating safe, nurturing environments for positive interactions and mentorship.
