Downtown at Sundown’s outdoor concert and night market take place on July 15 in Downtown Harlingen. The free-admission evening includes a variety of local food and beverage options, and local retail vendors. The event kicks off with vendors opening at 6 p.m., followed by the headliner band at 7 p.m.
