Hosted by the Edinburg Chamber of Commerce, this all-day event brings together elite BBQ competition, live music, family fun and fireworks — all in one unforgettable day.

The day includes the $12,500 BBQ Cook-Off with top CBA and SCA competitors; live music by Garth Live! – The Ultimate Garth Brooks Tribute, Fooz Fighters, and Red – A Taylor Swift Tribute.

Other events include a Freedom Skydive Jump presented by J. Gonzalez Law Firm, the H-E-B Sizzle & Stripes Firework Show at 9 p.m. and a Family Fun Zone sponsored by Omar Ochoa Law Firm. There is also the Cars & Stripes Auto Show presented by Bert Ogden GMC, food, craft vendors and more.
