Women Empowering Women

Join the Harlingen Area Chamber of Commerce on April 4 for an empowering session of “Women Empowering Women” with Fidi Guillen, the owner of Luxe Boutique.
Lunch will be served, but seats must be reserved before April 2 at noon.
