The 10th annual "Sizzling in the Tropics" BBQ Cook-off takes place June 11 at McAllen Municipal Park. Attendees can enjoy great BBQ cooked by Valley BBQ teams. Winners will be chosen for best brisket, pulled pork, chicken wings, pork ribs, pan de campo and beans.
