Texas Cook’Em Event Returns July 4
Texas Cook’ Em: High Steaks makes its return July 4 in Edinburg, complete with vendors, live music, a children’s fun area and its state championship barbecue event. In 2019, Texas Cook’ Em drew 120 cooking teams from across the state with more than 3,000 citizens in attendance. Texas Cook’Em is one of Texas’s biggest BBQ purse, awarding $16,000 to the winners.
