City of Pharr Hosts Pharr Hub Phestival April 9
The City of Pharr hosts its biggest event of the year, the Pharr Hub Phestival, April 9 in downtown Pharr. The “Country Boots, Tejano Roots” themed event pays homage to the city’s roots.
