The Rio-South Texas Education and Community Development Foundation has awarded $2.4 million to eight non-profit South Texas educational and workforce development organizations. RSTEF Awards UTRGV $5M Scholarship Endowment

The Rio-South Texas Education and Community Development Foundation recently announced it will establish a $5-million endowment on behalf of The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. South Texas College is one step closer to its goal of tapping into private foundations to support 1,000 at-risk individuals in need of GED and workforce training opportunities.
