Victor Flores Elected To TCAA Board
Brownsville Interim City Attorney Victor Flores was elected to serve on the Texas City Attorneys Association‘s board of directors during the association’s fall meeting in Houston Oct. 7. Flores is one of only two attorneys who have been appointed to the board from the Rio Grande Valley since TCAA’s inception in 1928.
