Edinburg Chamber Hosts July 4th Car Show

The Edinburg Chamber of Commerce host a custom car-truck and hot rod show during its Texas Cook’Em High Steaks July 4. The free family-friendly event takes place at the Ebony Hills Golf Course from noon to 4 p.m.

The car show is just one of many activities during the Fourth of July event. Other activities include vendors, live music, a children’s fun area and barbeque. Gates open at 10:30 a.m. for attendees to enjoy family activities all day long.

A performance by Def Leggend, a tribute to Def Leppard, will kick-off the free concert. At sunset attendees, can expect a spectacular firework display followed by the performance of American Country Award winner Easton Corbin.

Registration for vehicle entries are now open. Judges will award the Best Paint Award, Best Engine Award, Best of Show Car Award, and Best of Show Truck Award. There is no registration fee to enter a truck or car into the show.
