Hidalgo County Holds Surplus Auction

Hidalgo County will hold a surplus auction by AMT Auctions at Palmer Pavilion (301 E. Hackberry Ave., McAllen) on Jan. 18. The auction will include the sale of office furniture, computers, IT equipment, security cameras and office chairs. Also on auction are filing cabinets, commercial washers and dryers, printers, IP phones and more. Items will sell by the pallet load.

Interested buyers can pre-register and view items on Jan. 17 from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. and also Jan. 18 from 8-10 a.m. at Palmer Pavilion. Online registration is only available for online bidding at amtauctions.com. All other buyers must register onsite. This event is open to the general public. Bidding begins at 10 a.m. and ends at 5 p.m.

Auctioned items will sell “as is.” All sales are final. Payments of cash or credit cards may be made until one hour after the auction closes at the sales venue on Jan. 18. All funds will need verification before the releasing of vehicles. A paid invoice is required prior to removal of any item. Non-paying bidders will be permanently banned from all future AMT Auctions.
