The International Museum of Art & Science presents its 42nd Collage Annual Gala Aug. 28. The IMAS will be honoring the City of McAllen for its steadfast support of the museum and its mission for 54 years.

Each year, the funds raised through Collage help the museum fulfill its mission by presenting a wide range of engaging art and science exhibits. It also presents cultural events and educational programs to all people, regardless of income level. During the past year the IMAS has continued to serve the community reaching over 75,000 through engaging online programs and exhibitions.

The black-tie event takes place from 6-11 p.m. at the McAllen Convention Center Ballroom. Individual tickets are $175, table of eight is $2,000. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
