The Rio Grande Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will host its signature annual celebration, Noche De Gala 2026 “Arabian Nights” on May 14 at the Corinthians Event Center in Mission.
The evening will honor leaders and businesses whose impact has strengthened the Rio Grande Valley’s economic and cultural landscape. The chamber is now accepting nominations for its 2026 awards and encourages the public to submit outstanding candidates.
Awards to be presented include:

- Businessman of the Year
- Businesswoman of the Year
- Small Business of the Year
- Medium Business of the Year
- Large Business of the Year
- Rising Star
- People’s Choice
- Excellence in Arts
“These awards recognize individuals and organizations that are not only successful in business, but also deeply committed to serving and uplifting our community,” said Cynthia Sakulenzki, president and CEO of the RGV Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. “We invite the public to help us spotlight the leaders who are shaping the future of the Rio Grande Valley.”
Nominations are open now and may be submitted online.
Noche De Gala 2026 will feature an elegant Arabian Nights-themed experience, a formal awards presentation, and both live and silent auctions. Proceeds from the event will support the chamber’s initiatives to empower small businesses, provide education and promote economic development across the border region.
Early bird tickets are available for $125, with regular admission priced at $150 after April 17. Reserved tables and sponsorship opportunities are also available.
