UTRGV is helping graduate students stay on track this fall with several special financial incentives.
The Fall 2022 Graduate School incentives include:
- A $2,000 Grad Bonus offered only for Fall 2022 to Spring 2023. All graduate students who enroll for six credit hours or more will receive $1,000. Students who enroll for another six credit hours in the spring will also receive another $1,000, for a total of $2,000.
- A $1,000 Graduate Select Scholarship for graduate students from all disciplines to help fund studies at UTRGV. The award consists of a one-time, up-to-$1,000 scholarship for one academic year. Two consecutive semesters may be awarded – up to $500 per semester, for a total of $1,000. Graduate students must enroll in a minimum of six hours (or three hours per module) for the award semester.
- A $0 application fee in the Graduate College for most programs.

These incentives are part of UTRGV’s ongoing efforts and commitment to keep graduate students moving forward with their education and careers.
