Lone Star National Bank Hosts Food Drive

Food DriveLone Star National Bank is hosting its 14th annual Food Drive through Nov. 17. The community-driven initiative aims to combat hunger in local communities.

The annual food drive has become a hallmark of Lone Star National Bank’s commitment to social responsibility, and this year’s event looks to be more impactful than ever.

“Our employees look forward to expanding efforts to bless more families during the 2023 holiday season,” said Lone Star National Bank President S. David Deanda Jr. “As we work to get the word out, we are hoping more people will come to us with donations and we’ll be able to be overflowing with non-perishable food items.”

Non-perishable food items such as canned goods, pasta, rice, cereal and other essentials will make a significant impact. For convenient drop-offs, collection boxes are set up at all Lone Star National Bank locations throughout south Texas to support the Food Bank of RGV and San Antonio Food Bank.

By actively participating in the food drive, individuals can contribute to a collective effort that goes beyond banking and focuses on making a tangible impact on the lives of those in need.

Donors may spread the word and share their participation on social media using the hashtag #LSNBFoodDrive.
