The International Museum of Art & Science has been awarded a grant from the PNC Foundation in support of accessible early childhood learning and play at the museum for toddlers ages 1-5 through the Young Adventurers program.

Young Adventurers is an educational program with monthly weekday morning workshops available to preschool children beginning in January through May 2024, in addition to PNC Adventure Day on March 13. This program offers structured museum experiences with a Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math curriculum as well as problem solving and motor skills that engage young learners and encourage critical thinking and observing skills.

Program Dates & Details

Young Adventurers programs include Birdhouse Painting (Jan. 24), Dot Your ABCs (Feb. 22), Nature Bugs (March 21), Block-A-Thon (April 2) and Space Adventure (May 15). Pre-registration for the workshops is available online.
