The 29th annual Shrimp Cook-off and Seafood Festival takes place Nov. 5 with live music all day by The Agency, kids’ games, vendors from the local Port Isabel Flea Market and food vendors.Entry fee is $5 with kids ages 10 and under admitted for free.
