The seventh annual South Texas Adolescent Health Summit on Sept. 26 and Sept. 27 targets highly focused professionals from the Rio Grande Valley, including social workers, clinicians, counselors, researchers, practitioners, educators and youth service professionals who serve young people in this region of Texas.

This continuing education opportunity allows participants to receive valuable continuing education and have the opportunity to gain and refine skills while networking with colleagues.

The goal of the South Texas Summit is to increase knowledge, skills and abilities among adults who provide services and support to adolescents on the Texas – Mexico Border about adolescent development, positive youth development, adolescent-friendly services, and how to apply the quality components of care through the stages of adolescence.

Registration is $75 and included up to seven hours total of continuing education credits.
