The City of Harlingen and Harlingen EDC, in partnership with Workforce Solutions Cameron, host the Workforce Wednesday Dec. 8. The hiring event takes place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Casa de Amistad, 1204 Fair Park Blvd. in Harlingen.

Workforce Wednesday will host dozens of employers seeking to fill part-time and full-time positions. Employers participating in the Dec. 8 event include Harlingen CISD, Harlingen Waterworks System, Harlingen Medical Center and Tropical Texas Behavioral Health, among others.

Workforce Solutions Cameron and the Harlingen EDC is also recruiting employers to participate. The event is free to participate in and open to the public.
