The RGV Hispanic Chamber of Commerce hosts its Manic Monday Mixer on Jan. 8, providing an evening of mingling and creating new business leads. The Manic Monday Mixers have helped the RGVHCC members create many business contacts from throughout the Rio Grande Valley.
