Plants for Pollinators

Hanna Marble, urban ecologist for the City of Pharr. presents “Plants for Pollinators and Other Wildlife” at Quinta Mazatlan on Sept. 14, focusing on the native plants of the Rio Grande Valley.
Marble graduated from UTRGV with a BA in Anthropology and Biology Degree in 2016 and has made a career working with the natural habitat from Brownsville to McAllen. Marble gained experience as the Garden Nursery coordinator for Edinburg Scenic Wetlands and is now the urban ecologist for the City of Pharr. She has gained a particular interest in the native plants of the Rio Grande Valley as they teach people about the wildlife that live in our area.
