The Harlingen Area Chamber of Commerce’s hit event Women Empowering Women returns this year on Feb. 3 with Dr. Linda Burke.

Women Empowering Women is a monthly series which invites an empowered woman from the Harlingen community as a keynote speaker. Speakers tell their stories of how they rose to prominence or overcame difficulties that prevented them from shining.
