30th Annual Rio Grande Valley Birding Festival
The 30th annual Rio Grande Valley Birding Festival takes place Nov. 8-12 at the Harlingen Convention Center. The festival includes field trips, seminars, a trade show, a silent auction, fun socials, a raptor show, kids’ activities and free family fun. More information
24th Annual Turkeyfest Fall Festival
St. Joseph Catholic School hosts its 24th annual Turkeyfest Fall Festival on Nov. 11 beginning at 11 a.m. The day-long event includes games, entertainment, food, and live and silent auctions. In addition, guests can participate in educational presentations from Sea Turtle Inc., UTRGV Robotics, and the International Museum of Science on the Solar Eclipse.
