Harlingen EDC's Interim Manager and CEO Beverly Ticer Loftus joins the Harlingen Area Chamber of Commerce as its keynote speaker for Women Empowering Women on Feb. 2. The Rotary Clubs of Harlingen and San Benito host their 27th Shrimp Fest and Fundraiser on Feb. 11. The evening features gulf shrimp, a silent auction, beer garden, raffles and live music by the "Band"itos. Drive-thru will be available for pick-up.
