The Harlingen Area Chamber of Commerce hosts Business Over Breakfast June 10 with keynote speaker Dr. David Luna. Dr. Luna will discuss the importance of hurricane preparedness. The Red Cross will also present tips and strategies on how to prepare for these storms, including emergency preparedness kits with necessary supplies and making a plan in case of an evacuation.
