Harlingen Chamber’s Javier De Leon has a personal face-to-face sit-down with members of the community July 5 at 7:30 a.m. De Leon will talk about what the Harlingen Chamber offers. Attendees an also learn of some of the chamber’s initiatives and how to properly utilize chamber membership.
