The Texas Cook’Em High Steaks in Edinburg is now accepting vendor applications for the 2023 event. Organizers state this year’s cook-off promises to be bigger and better than ever, with live music, food and fun activities for the whole family.

The Texas Cook’Em High Steaks BBQ Cook-off and Festival is an annual event that celebrates Independence Day weekend. This year’s event will be June 30 through July 1 at Ebony Hills Golf Course. The festival is estimated to bring over 10,000 attendees over the two-day period.

To apply to become a vendor, visit the Edinburg Chamber of Commerce website and fill out the vendor application form. The application deadline is June 16.
