Managers, business owners, and those who want to increase their efficiency may attend the McAllen Chamber of Commerce’s “Achieve Your Goals Faster” Lunch & Learn Sept. 29 with Esmeralda Adame of Consulting Firm, LLC.

• Three effective time management techniques
• What are you doing to do with your extra time?

Effective time management makes a person more organized and disciplined. Those that can manage their time achieve their goals faster and are less stressed. Possessing time management skills gives you the luxury of some relaxing time and do more of what you enjoy. Everyone is different therefore the same method does not work for every person. Three effective techniques are: categorizing, time blocking and timer method. Time management skills and tactics can be learned, practiced, and applied to be more effective at work, at home and even in your social life.
