RGV H.I.R.E.S. (Helping Individuals Reach Exponential Success) is an inclusive job fair event on Nov. 29 that welcomes individuals with disabilities as well as job seekers without disabilities. The event is taking place in Cameron County and aims to foster a stronger connection between the business community and the disability community in the Rio Grande Valley.

RGV H.I.R.E.S.’s primary objective is to identify companies and agencies that are searching for qualified candidates with diverse abilities.
