GMCC Golf Tournament
The Greater Mission Chamber of Commerce hosts the Mission Citrus Golf Classic May 7. Registration and breakfast begin at 7:30 a.m., tee-off follows at 8:30 a.m. Registration is $500 for teams of three. Fee includes course fees, golf cart, gift bags, breakfast and lunch. Sponsorship options are available. A portion of the proceeds benefit Mission CISD students. To pre-register, contact C.J. Sanchez.
12th Annual Knights of Columbus Fishing Tournament
The 12th annual Knights of Columbus Fishing Tournament May 7-8 benefits the Special Olympics of Texas. Special Olympics of Texas is an organization serving children with special needs and disabilities. The organization enables these children to participate in athletic events across the state.
