Harlingen Chamber's Javier De Leon has a personal face-to-face sit-down with members of the community on Feb. 7 at the chamber. De Leon will also talk about what the Harlingen Chamber offers, some of its initiatives and how to properly utilize chamber membership. This event is open to the entire community and is free.
