Dia de los Muertos Festival and Market
International Museum of Art & Science 1900 W. Nolana Ave., McAllen, TX, United StatesIMAS hosts the Dia de los Muertos Festival and Market Oct. 10. Visitors can play Lotería, create papel picado, make a paper butterfly shadow box, view the altars display, and decorate a traditional sugar skull ($2 per participant).
