Registration is from 8:30-10 a.m. at the South Padre Island Convention Centre. The walk starts promptly at 10 am. and will also end at the convention centre. Walk For Women Silent Dance Party
Louie's Backyard 2305 Laguna Boulevard, South Padre IslandWalk For Women hosts a Silent Dance Party at Louie's Backyard Oct. 10 with three channels of music to choose from. The silent disco is an event where people dance to music listened to on wireless headphones. Rather than using a speaker system, music is broadcast via a radio transmitter with the signal being picked up by wireless headphone receivers worn by the participants.
