Beginning Dec. 12, residents can experience Edinburg Municipal Park as a drive-thru wonderland. Thousands of twinkling lights will be on display at Holiday in the Park from 6-10 p.m. nightly through Jan. 2. As passersby on Closner Boulevard in Edinburg approach the City of Edinburg’s Recycling Center, something new may catch their eyes. A new mural, highlighting the city-wide efforts to recycle, now dons the side of the recycling building. Larralde to Lead Edinburg Chamber

On Jan. 7, the Edinburg Chamber of Commerce board of directors made the announcement that Noe “Ronnie” Larralde will lead the organization as its new executive director.
