With the start of classes on Aug. 27, the UTRGV School of Rehabilitation Services and Counseling will offer a new bachelor of science degree in Addiction Studies completely online. Community leaders and stakeholders from the Rio Grande Valley gathered in Washington, D.C. for the 2nd Annual RGV2DC fly-in.

Forty community leaders and stakeholders from the Rio Grande Valley recently traveled to Washington, D.C. for the second annual RGV2DC fly-in.
