Harlingen Chamber's Javier De Leon has a personal face-to-face sit-down with members of the community July 5 at 7:30 a.m. De Leon will talk about what the Harlingen Chamber offers. Attendees an also learn of some of the chamber's initiatives and how to properly utilize chamber membership. This event is open to the entire community and is free.
