DHR Health Clinics will host a career fair from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Feb. 29 at the Edinburg Conference Center at Renaissance (118 Paseo Del Prado). The event aims to connect talented individuals with a range of employment opportunities.

“We are looking for individuals who share our passion and commitment to providing exceptional patient care,” said Veronica Villarreal, DHR Health chief ambulatory officer. “Whether you’re a seasoned healthcare professional or just starting your career in the medical field, there are opportunities for individuals at all levels of experience.”

Attendees will have a chance to meet with staff and representatives from a wide range of medical specialty clinics. They can also learn more about available positions, responsibilities and requirements.

Employment Opportunities

Employment positions with DHR Health are available at many of its 70 medical specialty clinics throughout the Valley. The areas of employment include: Bariatrics, Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Diabetes and Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Material Fetal Medicine, Neuroscience, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Plastic and Reconstruction Surgery, Transplant, Urgent Care and Urology.

Positions range from medical assistants, medical office specialists, billing specialists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and nurses (RN, LVN). Benefits include medical, dental and vision as well as 401K and life insurance.
