Every year, H-E-B goes on a quest in Texas, in search of the best Texas-made products for its store shelves. This year, submissions will come via video through April 7 at 5 p.m.

H-E-B “Quest for Texas Best” is an open call for local, small food, beverage and general merchandise suppliers. The winners receive their products in H-E-B stores and $25,000.

Creative submission videos to H-E-B should be two-minutes and include:

  • How and where the product is made
  • Imagery of the actual product
  • Why H-E-B should select your product as the Best in Texas
  • Anything else you feel H-E-B needs to know that would help in selecting you as a finalist

As part of the search this year, H-E-B will meet virtually throughout February and March to share insight with local food and beverage creators interested in participating in the 2021 statewide competition. Potential entrants will meet with H-E-B leaders who will advise on product development and best practices for submitting their creation in the competition. Space is limited, register online.
