Harlingen Economic Development Corporation‘s podcast, The Big Opportunity, is now live and explores how interest in industrial property in the Harlingen area is on the rise. Topics range from construction of CARDONE Industries’ new $50 million, 920,000-square-foot Harlingen distribution center to the Harlingen Aerotropolis. Also part of the discussion are the Park at Roosevelt and industrial property availability in the Harlingen Industrial Park.
Raudel Garza, CEO of the HEDC, as well as Kayla Thomas, commercial development and marketing manager of the HEDC, host The Big Opportunity podcast.
“It’s a really smart time for site selectors to be looking at industrial property in Harlingen,” says Garza. “The new CARDONE facility is going to have a huge impact on the Harlingen Industrial Park.”
CARDONE Industries broke ground on its newest distribution center in the Harlingen Industrial Park in December 2017. It selected Harlingen as an ideal location that will furthermore ensure the future success of the company.
A first, and also previous, episode of The Big Opportunity features the Free Trade International Bridge at Los Indios.
