The Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission has approved more than $9.8 million in local park grants to help create and enhance outdoor recreational opportunities. Starr County began offering drive-through coronavirus testing on Sunday while Cameron and Hidalgo counties saw their number of COVID-19 cases grow over the weekend.
